Snow Bus Routes and Alternate Stops

Snow covered road in Woodinville

Weather conditions may affect bus routes in the district. If your home is located on a steep hill, it is possible that your bus stop may change during inclement weather.

Northshore is a large district that covers over 60 miles. While conditions may seem normal in your neighborhood, it may be unsafe in others. All of this is taken into consideration when a decision is made to cancel, delay, go onto snow routes, or keep everything on normal schedule.

When snow routes are announced, it is important to remember...

  • Your afternoon drop off time will remain unchanged.
  • If snow routes are used in the morning, they will also be used in the afternoon regardless of weather conditions.
  • Dress your student accordingly for cold weather. Further delays may occur due to road conditions and traffic.
  • For most Northshore students, their snow stop will be the same as their regular bus stop.

If the location of your bus stop is not listed below, your alternate stop is the same as your regular stop. Minor adjustments may occur so the bus will stop on a level surface.

To find your alternate stop information (if you have one) please go to https://versatrans.nsd.org/elinkrpIWR/login.aspx. Please use the same log in and password for elink as for snow routes (Log in - Student ID Number, Password - Student Date of Birth).

Please note: Snow/Inclement weather stops will not show in My Stop
